Your day-to-day IT is maintained by the Cyber Works team at the level your plan covers, helping keep the systems you rely on protected, updated and ready for work.
Instead of waiting for something to break, supported systems are monitored so issues can be identified earlier. Hardware Monitoring is included in all three plans, while Managed 24x7 SOC is included with Cyber Assist 365 and Cyber Ultimate 365.
Each plan includes core endpoint protection against common threats. Additional security and compliance capabilities are added as you move into the higher managed-service tiers.
When your plan includes remote support, our team can securely assist without requiring an on-site visit. Priority Remote Support begins with Cyber Assist 365 and is also included in Cyber Ultimate 365.
